We offer free shipping across India on all orders. Product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes and charges payable to us.

1. Shipping Within India

Order Processing & Dispatch

- Paintings: Usually dispatched within 10 days from the date of order.

- 3D Artworks: Usually dispatched within 15 days from the date of order.

- Wall Art Installation: Wall work is generally completed within 15–18 days from the start of the project. The timeline may vary depending on the size, design, site conditions, material availability, and other project-specific requirements.

- Sculptures: Sculptures are generally completed within 15–20 days. The timeline may vary depending on the size, design, complexity, materials, and customization requirements of the sculpture.

- Since our artworks are handcrafted and made to order, the actual production time may vary depending on the artwork’s size, design, and complexity.

- For custom-made or large artworks, we may contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Delivery Time

- After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 2–7 business days.
- Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and logistics partner.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking details via email or WhatsApp, where applicable.

2. International Shipping

- We ship to most international destinations, subject to courier availability and applicable laws and regulations.
- Paintings: Usually dispatched within 10–15 days.
- 3D Artworks: International shipping is available only for selected artworks. Dispatch time depends on the artwork and destination.
- International delivery generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Tracking details will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

3. Important Information

- Custom-made artworks and artworks larger than 4 feet may require additional production and handling time.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including festivals, public holidays, adverse weather, natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.
- We may use reputed logistics and courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, or other suitable service providers depending on the destination and shipment requirements.
- Delivery may be subject to the courier company’s serviceable-area restrictions and applicable laws.

4. Delivery & Tracking

- Customers should provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details while placing an order.
- Any delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to receive the shipment, or other customer-related circumstances may affect delivery time.
- Customers are requested to check the tracking information and remain available for delivery.
