4. Handmade & Custom Artwork

4.1. Tulistry specialises in handmade and artistic products. Because our artworks are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, dimensions, or detailing may occur. These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade art and should not be considered defects.

4.2. For custom-made or commissioned artwork, the final result may have minor artistic variations from reference images, sketches, digital previews, or discussions. These variations are a natural part of the creative process.

4.3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, reference material, design preferences, colour preferences, and other information required for a customised order.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content displayed on the Tulistry website, including artwork, photographs, designs, graphics, text, logos, brand elements, and other creative material, belongs to Tulistry or its respective rights holders and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

5.2. Purchasing an artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork supplied to you. It does not transfer copyright, design rights, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed to by Tulistry in writing.

5.3. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, digitally reproduce, modify, publish, or commercially use our artwork, designs, photographs, or other creative content without our prior written permission.

6. Customer Reviews & Submitted Content

6.1. If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, testimonials, or other content to Tulistry, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual right to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and share that content for business, marketing, promotional, or informational purposes.

6.2. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share it and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

6.3. Tulistry reserves the right to remove or decline content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable for our platform.

7. Order Completion & Customer Approval

7.1. For customised artwork, wall art, sculpture, installation work, or other commissioned projects, customers may be required to review or approve the work at relevant stages.

7.2. Once the agreed work has been completed and accepted by the customer, any further changes, alterations, or modifications may be treated as additional work and may involve additional charges.

8. Cancellation, Return & Refund

8.1. Returns, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our applicable Return & Refund Policy.

8.2. Due to the handmade and customised nature of certain products, some commissioned or personalised artworks may not be eligible for return or cancellation once production has started, except where specifically provided under our policy or applicable law.
